Rafe (Galen Gering) and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) learned that Javi’s (Al Calderon) dad had a successful surgery. Later, Rafe confronted Liam (Hank Northrop) about the DiMera kidnappings and Liam revealed all he knew. With Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) home from the hospital, Abe (James Reynolds) broke it to him that the bones were Stefano’s (the late Joe Mascolo).
JJ (Casey Moss) was tasked with tailing Jeremy (Michael Roark) when Gabi spotted him and he let it slip that Theo mentioned she and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) won’t last. Later, Gabi confronted Theo about it and he promised he wouldn’t blow her cover. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) updated Brady (Eric Martsolf) on her visit with Rachel (Alice Halsey) and the two argued over their daughter’s care.\

Eli (Lamon Archey) joined Rafe in Alamannia and questioned Vivian (Louise Sorel) about Stefan’s (Brandon Barash) death and the camera in the crypt. Later, Vivian assured Gwen (Emily O’Brien) that all’s going to plan, while Rafe and Eli found the camera footage. Leo (Greg Rikaart) ran into Gwen at the pub and she declined his offer to help him get rid of Dimitri (Peter Porte).
After a confrontation with Dimitri where he dared Leo to take him to his room to prove he’s over him, Dimitri stripped and hopped in the bed and Leo decided to leave. Susan (Stacy Haiduk) showed up at the mansion and made assumptions about Cat’s (AnnaLynne McCord) intentions with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel).

Vivian claimed the tablet containing the camera footage was Dimitri’s. Liam (Hank Northrop) showed up at Abe’s (James Reynolds) door to apologize but he wouldn’t accept it. Later, Liam made with a sketch artist to figure out who hired him and it was the same man with Vivian, while Rafe and Eli found out that Dimitri wasn’t staying with Vivian, Stefan was, and Vivian was holding him captive. Paulina (Jackée Harry) confronted Liam at the station and tore into him for what he did. Philip surprised Gabi by making Valentine’s Day plans. Gwen and Dimitri were both served by each other.

Kristen demanded to Rachel’s daughter that they bring her home, then they agreed it was best Rachel stay in Bayview. Rafe broke it to Gabi that Vivian had been holding Stefan captive up until he died. Sophia (Rachel Boyd) stalked Holly’s (Ashley Puzemis) social media and discovered Holly takes supplements, so she requested Holly come so she can apologize. After faking an apology, Sophia managed to steal Holly’s supplements and switch then out with her meds.

When Roman (Josh Taylor) comforted Marlena before Stefano’s memorial, Kate (Lauren Koslow) couldn’t hide her jealousy. Theo suggested Abe doesn’t go to the memorial because he’d be celebrating while he’s mourning. Chanel (Raven Bowens) told Johnny (Carson Boatman) she’d rather not attend the memorial. Later, Johnny argued with EJ about his insinuation that his baby on the way is a DiMera but Trey isn’t.
Chad (Billy Flynn) told EJ and Kristen to play nice on today of all days. Later, Kate, Roman, Abe, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Marlena (Deidre Hall) said bittersweet goodbyes to Stefano, while The DiMeras said goodbye to their patriarch.
