Her attorney, Kevin Hickey, told the outlet on Wednesday, April 22, that Falen denies wrongdoing and intends to fight the case. He stated that she plans to plead not guilty and maintains she was at the scene to help her daughter and grandson during the incident.
Police allegations cited in published reports claim Falen became aggressive and failed to comply with officers’ commands after they responded to a dispute. Her legal team disputes that version of events.
